Is Your Equipment Working?

As we begin our study of hearing God, we begin by exploring the equipment provided to us by God for hearing His voice. God gave us ears to hear and a heart to respond. God desires that we use and exercise this equipment so that we will better recognize His voice and respond positively to God through obedience.

1. Practice spending time in God’s word with ears that hear God.
2. Tell God you want a pure heart and are willing to cooperate with Him.
3. Tell God you love the praise of man too much, and ask Him to deliver you from this.
4. Ask Him to telly you the first step He wants you to take with Him.
