Pastor Ryan Kiblinger continues his teaching through the Heidelberg Catechism. In this eighteenth installment, Pastor Ryan explores questions 46, 47, 48, and 49. These questions are “What do you confess when you say, he ascended into heaven?”, “Is Christ, then, not with us until the end of the world, as he has promised us?”, “But are the two natures in Christ not separated from each other if his human nature is not present wherever his divinity is?”, and “How does Christ’s ascension into heaven benefit us?”. Thus, Pastor Ryan addresses topics related to Jesus’s ascension, Jesus’ nature, and the Holy Spirit.
