Pastor Ryan Kiblinger continues his teaching through the Heidelberg Catechism. In this fifth installment, Pastor Ryan explores Lord’s Day 5: Questions 12, 13, 14, and 15. These questions are “Since, according to God’s righteous judgment we deserve temporal and eternal punishment, how can we escape this punishment and be again received into favor?”, “Can we by ourselves make this payment?”, “Can any mere creature pay for us?”, and “What kind of mediator and deliverer must we seek?”. Thus, Pastor Ryan addresses topics related to our deliverance, justice, Christ, and the wrath of God.
